Tucked away above House of Fraser on Guildford’s gorgeous high street, is The Tea Terrace; the perfect setting for a girly catch up over some delicious food. After a pretty hefty shopping session my friend and I headed up to The Tea Terrace to refuel and relax. We were met with every vintage lover’s heaven; beautiful mismatch tea sets, pretty floral decor and pastels, pastels everywhere. I think we spent about as much time photographing everything as we did actually eating!
I opted for the Spinach & Goat’s Cheese Tartlette, which was served alongside chunky chips and a mixed salad, and for dessert, how could I resist the Chocolate Fudge Brownie, drizzled in chocolate sauce, with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream on the side? The food was presented absolutely beautifully and tasted amazing. This whole place is as if it were designed for bloggers, and to be Instagrammed!
The Tea Terrace also has a gorgeous little outdoor garden, with views from up above Guildford. Perfect for enjoying the heatwave we’re currently enduring. Guildford is one of my favourite places to shop and I have been trying to break my habit of just stumbling into Gourmet Burger Kitchen, laden with bags. It’s safe to say next time I’m headed here I’ll definitely be paying this place another visit!
This post must sound so sponsored, but it isn’t, and I honestly haven’t been able to stop going on about this wee place since I went. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know!
Thank you so much for reading!
